Last updated: 18 April 2026
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using haelo.life (the “Website”) or joining the Haelo waitlist. By accessing the Website or submitting your email address, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. About us
The Website is operated by Haelo Life Ltd (“Haelo”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England and Wales. Registered address: 4 Folly Lane, Bramham, Leeds, LS23 6RZ. Company number: 17151765.
2. The service
Haelo is currently in development. This Website provides information about the forthcoming Haelo product, allows interested parties to join a waitlist, and allows you to contact us. By joining the waitlist, you are registering your interest in the Haelo product — you are not purchasing anything, and no contract for the supply of goods or services is formed.
3. Use of the Website
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that:
- Does not violate any applicable law or regulation;
- Does not infringe the rights of any third party;
- Does not interfere with the operation of the Website;
- Does not introduce malicious code, viruses or harmful material;
- Does not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this Website — including text, design, graphics, logos and the Haelo name — is owned by or licensed to Haelo and is protected by UK and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works without our express written permission.
5. Health information disclaimer
Important: Any health-related information provided on this Website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Haelo is not a medical device (in the current pre-launch phase) and nothing on this Website should be construed as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Always seek the advice of your GP or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read on this Website.
6. No warranties
The Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses. We make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of the information on the Website.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Haelo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website. Our total liability to you shall not exceed £100.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
8. Third-party links
The Website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or terms of any third-party sites. Links do not constitute endorsement.
9. Waitlist
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to Haelo or any particular product features, pricing or timeline. We reserve the right to modify, delay or discontinue the Haelo product at any time. Waitlist registration can be cancelled at any time by emailing hello@haelo.life.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
